Colleen's experience and knowledge in sales, marketing and relocation has been extensive and successful. She specializes in residential property and enjoys working with both buyers and sellers of residential properties.

Colleen is a native Midwesterner and a graduate of the University of Nevada with a a Bachelor of Science in Geography and a minor in Business. She held administrative positions at the University of Iowa Press and prior to moving to Reno in 1982 she worked for the Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. She and her husband, Jim, have two wonderful children, three fantastic grandchildren and two adorable grandcats!

Colleen has been a Realtor since 1986 when she was selected Rookie of the Year. She also holds the GRI (Graduate, Realtors Institute) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designations and has been a member of the Reno/Sparks Association of Realtors Top Producers Club.

In addition to membership in local and national realtor organizations, Colleen's professional memberships/organizations have included the American Business Women's Association, American Congress on Surveying and Mapping, American Association of Geographers, Association of Pacific Coast Geographers, University Women's Club, and the Assistance League of Las Vegas. She has served on various Boards including the National Board of the Women's Auxiliary to the American Institute of Mining, Metallurgical and Petroleum Engineers and the Nevada Women's Fund.
