I am also currently working on my designation as a Certified Seniors Professional, allowing me to better support seniors and their families with specialized guidance and care. For the past 10 years, I've developed extensive experience in probate and guardianship real estate, helping families navigate sensitive and complex transactions with clarity and compassion. I also have unique expertise in assisting out-of-state sellers, ensuring their transactions are smooth, organized, and successful from start to finish.
Outside of my day-to-day work, I'm a host on American Dream TV, featured on Amazon Fire, Apple TV, Roku, and occasionally on the Travel Channel, where I showcase communities, lifestyle stories, and the heart of real estate across our region.
