Since entering real estate in 2015, Ken and Alicia have guided more than 360 transactions totaling over $205 million in residential sales, helping clients navigate everything from first-time purchases to complex luxury, estate, trust, probate, and divorce-related transactions.

Ken Lund is a broker-agent with Ferrari-Lund Real Estate and one of the few Reno-area Realtors® who is also a licensed attorney and former law firm partner. Prior to entering real estate, he practiced litigation at one of Nevada’s oldest law firms, representing clients ranging from large corporations and a professional sports league to small businesses and individuals. He argued cases before trial courts, the Nevada Supreme Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He earned an AV® Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell—the highest distinction for ethics and legal ability—and became one of the youngest attorneys in his firm’s history to be elected a shareholder.
Today, Ken’s legal background informs every aspect of his real estate practice. His experience brings an uncommon level of contract expertise, negotiation skill, risk awareness, and analytical precision to every transaction. He is among the 3% of Realtors® nationwide who hold the Certified Residential Specialist® designation. Ken serves as a Washoe County Director for Sierra Nevada Realtors®, has served for years on its Risk Reduction (Forms) Committee, including as chair, and was selected as one of only eleven Realtors® statewide to help draft Nevada Realtors®’ new purchase agreement. Few professionals in northern Nevada have a deeper understanding of the contracts and forms used in residential real estate.
A fourth-generation Nevadan and lifelong resident of the Reno–Sparks area, Ken combines professional expertise with deep local knowledge. His understanding of the market is built on years of original property-level research and extensive study of neighborhoods and subdivisions throughout the region. Clients value his preparation, candid advice, and ability to identify and solve problems before they become obstacles.
Alicia Lund leads the client experience and home preparation side of the business. She combines a background in real estate, marketing, and economics with a natural ability to understand people and present homes at their absolute best. From the initial consultation through launch, she advises clients on design, staging, presentation, and strategy, ensuring every property is showcased with clarity, cohesion, and purpose.
Alicia began her career working with a successful real estate team in Salt Lake City before serving as marketing director for a local sleep center, where she tripled patient volume through innovative marketing and operational improvements. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Utah, and her analytical training continues to shape how she evaluates buyer behavior, market response, and effective marketing strategies.
Known for her organization, persistence, and attention to detail, Alicia has an intuitive ability to anticipate needs, simplify complex processes, and create confidence for clients during what can often be a stressful experience. She sees details others overlook, addresses issues before they become problems, and ensures every client feels informed, supported, and cared for throughout the transaction.
Outside of real estate, Ken and Alicia are deeply committed to their community. Alicia coaches the Galena High School FIRST Tech Challenge robotics team, mentoring students in leadership, marketing, fundraising, and outreach while supporting STEM education. Ken serves on the board of the Karma Box Project, a Reno-based nonprofit dedicated to helping individuals experiencing homelessness achieve stability and self-sufficiency. He was recognized as a State Bar of Nevada Volunteer of the Year and previously served on the national board of directors for the BYU Alumni Association.
Together, Ken and Alicia are proud parents of three children and active community volunteers. Their shared approach to real estate reflects the values that guide every aspect of their lives: integrity, preparation, professionalism, service, and genuine care for the people they represent.
