A fifth-generation Reno, Nevadan, Louie Damonte has been directly involved in hundreds of millions of dollars worth of real estate transactions. This includes commercial, residential, and land sales as well as leasing in retail, industrial, and office spaces. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designee and serves as an Executive Director for the Northern Nevada CCIM Board. 

Before his brokerage career, Damonte worked with a Farm Credit System lender, American AgCredit, where he assisted appraisers in property valuations ranging from large production farms and orchards to cattle ranches and vineyards, furthermore diversifying experience in the industry. Damonte is a local Bishop Manogue grad and proud University of Nevada alumnus.
